Filing a takedown notice
Email dmca@affilogger.com with:
- Your contact details and proof of ownership.
- The URL of the original work and the URL on Affilogger.
- A sworn statement that the use is unauthorised.
- An electronic signature.
Counter notice
If you believe content was removed in error, reply to the removal email with a counter notice including your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was misidentified.
Good faith expectations
Submitting a false claim can incur legal liability. We reserve the right to suspend repeat infringers.
